In the first test phase, we spread sand, lentils and oat flakes on laminate flooring one after the other.

Our conclusion on the scope of delivery - everything you need is included

When we opened the box of the Shark cordless vacuum cleaner for the first time and took a closer look at the contents, we noticed that there were far fewer accessories than with many other models.

Unlike other cordless vacuums, however, the brush of the Shark Anti Hair Wrap Flexology is optimised for both hard and carpeted floors.

Therefore, instead of 2 attachments, only one is needed here. We like this solution very much. 🙌

However, we missed a wall mount for storing the unit in our test.

On the other hand, you can store the Shark Anti Hair Wrap in a space-saving way thanks to the Flexology suction tube. So a good solution has also been found here. 👍

Some appliances from other manufacturers also have a special accessory holder to attach important accessories directly to the suction tube and always have them to hand during cleaning.

The Shark Anti Hair Wrap Flexology also does without it.

In conclusion, however, we think the delivery scope has been designed relatively cleverly. 🙌

How handy is the Shark Anti Hair Wrap as a handheld hoover?

The Shark Anti Hair Wrap hand hoover is one of the heaviest devices we have had in our test.

Does the question naturally arise whether this is also the case with the hand hoover? 🤔

Here we have to say: Yes! Even as a handheld hoover, the device is quite clunky and heavy.

The motor unit alone is over 40 cm long.

But even though the device may not win the prize for the handiest cordless hand hoover, it is still well suited for removing pet hair and cleaning hard-to-reach areas. 👍

In our test, we also looked at how well you get on with the Shark Anti Hair Wrap in practice.

How easy is it to put the unit into operation?

How manoeuvrable is the cordless hoover?

And can you also clean under your furniture with it? 🛋

Here we would like to share our experiences with you.

Simple and uncomplicated delivery

The Shark Anti Hair Wrap Flexology is delivered in a cardboard box.

Styrofoam is not used here. That's already a point in terms of the environment. 👍

However, the individual parts are each wrapped in coated paper.

Is so much rubbish still necessary today? 😕

However, commissioning is extraordinarily easy.

Simply attach the dirt container to the motor unit and plug in the suction tube and floor nozzle - done. 🥳

You can start vacuuming right away! Or at least almost.

First, the battery has to be charged.

Various buttons for operation

There are three buttons under the display on the motor unit:

• The power button for switching on and off

• Button for selecting the suction level (3 levels)

• Button for selecting carpet or hard floor mode

The buttons can be easily reached and operated with the thumb during cleaning.

You don't have to keep the buttons pressed during the cleaning process. Instead, you can easily switch through the different suction modes by pressing them several times. 🙌

Is the Shark Anti Hair Wrap Flexology manoeuvrable?

At over 4 kg, the Shark Anti Hair Wrap Flexology is not precisely a flyweight.

Therefore, one might mistakenly assume that the unit is anything but easy to move across the floor.

But in our test, the Shark Anti Hair Wrap proved to be exceptionally manoeuvrable. 🙌

The various rollers on the underside of the floor nozzle are one of the reasons for the good manoeuvrability:

1. Large rollers at the back of the floor nozzle
2. Sliding pad
3. Small side castors
4. Soft roll

In addition, the floor nozzle is equipped with a movable joint.

This allows the Shark Anti Hair Wrap to be manoeuvred across the floor without any problems.

Only when vacuuming stairs does the rather high weight of the cordless hoover become noticeable. In our opinion, the device is a little too heavy here. 😕

Perfect for cleaning under furniture

You might have guessed: the flexible Flexology suction tube makes the Shark Anti Hair Wrap Flexology perfect for cleaning under furniture. 🥳

You can even get into the farthest corner under the sofa. 🙌

And the best thing? You hardly have to bend over!

With the particularly flexible joint of the floor nozzle and the low height of only 8 cm, the floor is also vacuumed sparkling clean under your furniture.

For the innovative Flexology suction tube, the cordless hoover, therefore, gets a thumbs-up from us. 👍

Another important point that we looked at very closely in our test is the battery life of the Shark Anti Hair Wrap. 🔋

After all, you want to vacuum your entire home in one go without having to recharge the device at the socket in between.

The manufacturer states a running time of 60 minutes. That already sounds respectable.

In our test, we were able to vacuum through our flat for 40 minutes in standard vacuum mode and with the DuoClean floorhead. 🙌

In boost mode, the runtime is reduced accordingly. Here, the battery lasts for about 11 minutes.

The battery life of the Shark Anti Hair Wrap Flexology is in the mid-range of cordless hoovers.

You can always read the remaining battery level on the practical LED display on the handle. So you always know exactly how long you have left to vacuum.

When the cordless vacuum cleaner is empty, you must recharge it before using it again.

It takes about 4 hours to charge the unit once fully. ⏱

That's not exactly fast.

The battery can be charged either while it is still in the battery-powered vacuum cleaner or when it has been removed.

You can simply replace it with the spare battery and continue vacuuming. 🥳

The cordless hoover achieved impeccable cleaning results on hard floors and short and long carpets - and all without changing the floor nozzle. 🥳

Overall, the handling is good, even though the cordless vacuum cleaner is clunky and heavy. However, its heavyweight is only noticeable when vacuuming stairs and used as a hand vacuum.

Otherwise, we were thrilled with the Anti Hair Wrap technology. No hair got caught in the brushes during our test. 🚀
